Weather Vouchers

This application is to be used to request a $15.00 voucher for the purchase of a Midland WR-100 weather radio. This voucher is available only to residents of Houston County. It may be redeemed at any Kroger store located in Houston County, but only for the above radio. All applications will go through a review process to determine proof of residence.
